No, we don't. One of the ways that we differentiate ourselves from other "referral program" softwares is our ability to use the software to adapt to any program. What we mean by that is that you can reward your customers and offer an incentive to their friends with anything you dream up. We focus our attention on making the software user friendly, easy to customize and agile so people can spread the word about you. We don't get involved in the fulfillment of the incentives. However, we do have some tips to make it as easy as possible.
Tip #1 - If you can, keep it electronic! You probably have lots to do every day running your business and the last thing you need it to have to stop and send out prizes. So, make your incentive and your customer reward something that can be delivered in the body copy (or as a link) in your emails. For example, if you own a brick and mortar location like a store or a restaurant, offer a discount that is fulfilled when they bring the coupon to you. This is also great because you can then redeem the coupon either through your own POS system or through the ER redeemed coupons feature so you can track your true ROI.
Tip #2 - If you sell something online, provide a discount code that can be fulfilled in your estore.
Tip #3 - If #s 1 and 2 don't work for you OR you just want to reward your customers with something different than your own product or service (like we do), then work with an online service that can deliver the reward electronically. Our fav is www.giftzip.com. They dont charge a fee, they have tons of retailers you can choose from and often the denominations you can buy are smaller than other places. To make this work, in your Customer Incentive email, mention that you will be sending them their reward via a third party app. Then, each week, export the customers that meet the requirements to get the reward and execute the gift.
